There is a certain essence to food prepared in a home, a way that it brings one back to oneself, and a way that it brings people together. I’d like to help you make your home kitchen a space of deep nourishment, a space dedicated to supporting you through the profound journey of pregnancy and postpartum. As your dedicated at-home personal chef, I'll arrive one day a week, ready to stock your pantry & fridge with fresh, local produce and lovingly prepare several days’ worth of wholesome, truly nourishing, and easy-to-enjoy meals.
My focus is deeply rooted in creating food that not only tastes delicious but also gently supports your changing body. I'll thoughtfully craft nutrient-dense dishes designed for sustained energy during pregnancy, and for optimal healing, restoration, and comfort during postpartum. Together, we will create a personalized menu that emphasizes an abundance of organic fruits & vegetables, nourishing broths, sprouted grains & quality proteins and fats—all made to be gentle on your system, deeply satisfying, and provide vital nourishment for both you and your baby.
By filling your home with these pre-prepped ingredients and ready-to-heat meals, I aim to lift the burden of daily cooking from your shoulders. You'll have the profound peace of knowing that truly nourishing food is always within reach, allowing you to prioritize deep rest and bonding time with your baby, and truly embrace the unfolding of your unique journey without the added weight of meal planning and extensive kitchen time. It's about inviting ease, health, and a tangible sense of care directly into your home, exactly when you need it most.
How it works:
For a minimum of 4 weeks, I’ll arrive at your home once per week and spend 6 hours preparing you for the days ahead. During our initial consultation, we’ll work together to discover what meals, snacks, and ingredients best support where you’re at right now. This will be ever-evolving as your needs change over time, and you have access to me for questions and requests Monday through Friday. We’ll also do a kitchen walk-through to determine what supplies are available and which I’ll need to bring.
The weekly rate of $400 includes 6 hours of in-home meal preparation in addition to time spent sourcing and shopping for all necessary groceries and tools, sprouting and fermenting the week’s grains, legumes & vegetables, and personalized meal planning based on your needs and wishes. This does not include the cost of groceries.
