Weekly Meal Delivery
Seasonal meal deliveries are available each Tuesday. All meals are deeply supportive at every stage of the birth continuum, but are made particularly with those in their postpartum journey in mind. We offer a rotating menu of warm, nourishing meals for any time of day, soups & stews, and breakfast options. These are available in small or large portions, and each delivery can be made to fit your unique needs. A seasonal selection of add-ons, including bone broths, Ayurvedic lactation treats, fermented local vegetables, ready-to-eat proteins, congee, and sauces, are available for delivery each week as well!
Tailored In-home Meal Preparation
Customized to your tastes and needs, I will curate a weekly meal plan to be prepared in your home kitchen, stock your fridge & pantry with real food that is freshly made and full of vital energy, fill bowls with the freshest organic fruits and vegetables, and imbue your home with the magic of good food. We can work together each week to make sure you feel nourished and supported overall, at any phase of the birth continuum, from preconception through postpartum.
Postpartum Doula Care
While food may be a foundation and a necessity during the postpartum time, there is much more to being held. My goal is to help guide birthing people back to their own intuition. To be a listening ear, a rock to stand on in a river unknown before now. Our time together is completely personalized to what you and your baby need on that day and in that moment. In Ayurvedic wisdom, they say “42 days for 42 years. Those first 42 days after giving birth are an especially sacred and vulnerable time. The care received in that window can influence a mother’s mental and physical health for many years to come. There is a shift happening in our culture, a remembering that this support is truly important.
